       Jenn Carroll, Front Office

Jenn is in the Front Office, usually handling the check-out desk.  She'll make sure any last-second questions are answered before you leave our office, and she can help you with any of our promotions/events.

     Jenny Heatwole, Front Office Coordinator

Jenny's is usually the first voice you hear on the phone when you call our office, and the first face you see when you arrive in the office.  You can't miss her bubbly personality!  She will help you schedule your appointment, and she has a great knowledge of our office procedures and surgeries.  She was with us a few years ago, and we're very happy to have her back!  Her experience is invaluable.  She can answer a lot of questions before you ever arrive for your consultation appointment.

      Tina Jones, L.M.E.

Tina joins our team with a solid background in medical esthetics and a passion for excellence in skin care.  She has worked with many laser-based devices for hair removal and skin rejuvenation. She is also skilled in Levulan treatments for acne and aging.  You might meet her for your microdermabrasion, chemical peel, IPL FotoFacial, Laser Hair Removal, or Laser Acne treatment.

        Ramie Orth, L.M.E.

Ramie has been a licensed medical esthetician for over 10 years.   She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University.   She completed her medical esthetician courses at the Dermal Institute in Los Angeles.  Her education has not ended there, though, as she constantly strives to stay at the forefront of skin care technology and innovation. 

She has completed many specialty courses in microdermabrasion, camouflage makeup, IPL (Fotofacial) treatments, RF (radiofrequency) treatments, laser hair removal, and more.  In addition, she has years of experience working with well-respected dermatologists in California and Georgia.

Ramie brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our practice, as well as a warm, caring personality.

       Sue Petrie, Front Office

Sue is in the Front Office, usually handling the check-out desk.  She's a great resource regarding our monthly promotions and events, and she'll make sure any last-second questions are answered before you leave our office.

      Maggie Schreck, PA-C

Maggie received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Miami University in Ohio, then completed the Master of Medical Science program at Yale University. 

She is highly skilled at performing injectable treatments, such as BOTOX® and Restylane®, and has been personally trained by Dr. Kavali. She and Alicia help care for our patients both before and after surgery.  She also performs first-assistant duties in the operating room with Dr. Kavali.

Maggie is known by our clients for her caring personality and gentle touch, and is available to see patients throughout the week.

      Alicia Stromquist, PA-C

Alicia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri, then completed the Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at St. Louis University. 

Alicia is also highly skilled in injection techniques for Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers, and has been personally trained by Dr. Kavali.  She and Maggie help care for our patients both before and after surgery.  She also performs first-assistant duties in the operating room with Dr. Kavali.

Alicia is known for her compassion and efficiency, and is available to see patients throughout the week.

      Pam Yochum, M.A.

Pam is our Medical Assistant and brings compassion and warmth into the office every day.  You'll find her escorting you to the treatment rooms and assisting with your office procedure.

      Zaphea Zaidi, Patient Coordinator

Zaphea is your point-person for surgery scheduling and surgery financing.  You'll meet her after your consultation with Dr. Kavali, and she'll guide you through the entire surgery process.
