If you're seeing Dr. Kavali regarding any type of surgery involving silicone gel breast implants, please download the following important FDA-required information. Choose the information the suits you--for augmentation (cosmetic) or for reconstruction. This booklet must be reviewed by you at least 1 week prior to your surgery date. Be sure to bring any questions with you to your consultation, so we can be sure to address them with you.

We work with several financing companies who will issue loans for cosmetic surgery procedures. We can fax the application directly from our office, and most loan applications are approved while you wait (typically within 15 minutes). You can also obtain approval prior to your office visit.
