Important Information for our Breast Implant Patients:
If you're seeing Dr. Kavali regarding any type of surgery involving silicone gel breast implants, please download the following important FDA-required information. Choose the information the suits you--for augmentation (cosmetic) or for reconstruction. This booklet must be reviewed by you at least 1 week prior to your surgery date. Review the booklet, then bring it with you to your consultation, so that you and Dr. Kavali can go over the information together.
Insurance:
Dr. Kavali participates with several insurance plans. Please call the office at 404-250-3333 to see if she participates with your particular plan. Note that Dr. Kavali accepts all PPO and POS plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will be able to take care of you.

We are pleased to offer you the convenience of using your MasterCard, Visa or American Express card.
Patient Financing:
We work with several financing companies who will issue loans for cosmetic surgery procedures. We can fax the application directly from our office, and most loan applications are approved while you wait (typically within 15 minutes). You can also obtain approval prior to your office visit. There are financing options for all credit types.
