Breast Implant Revision

The Problem: Severe capsular contracture on both sides with implant malposition

The Solution: Removal of both saline implants, complete removal of both capsules (total capsulectomy), placement of new silicone implants beneath the muscle, and coverage of the new implants with ADM (acellular dermal matrix, like AlloDerm, Surgimend, or Strattice) for tissue thickening and to help prevent future capsular contracture
