Augmentation 6

Correction of severe chest wall and breast asymmetry using a 250 cc smooth round moderate profile saline implant on the left and a 500 cc smooth round high profile saline implant on the right. Both implants are placed beneath the muscle using an inframammary incision.

Augmentation 7

420 cc saline subpectoral implants, inframammary incision. Note the breast asymmetry that was present prior to surgery. The asymmetry is improved after augmentation and the space between the breasts is narrower.
